Our client, a trusted and compassionate long-term care organization in Winnipeg, MB, is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Registered Dietitian to join their clinical care team.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments for residents in accordance with provincial guidelines and care standards.

Develop, implement, and monitor individualized nutrition care plans.

Work collaboratively with nursing and dietary staff to ensure residents’ nutritional needs are met safely and effectively.

Provide recommendations regarding texture modifications, supplements, and therapeutic diets.

Participate in care conferences and support continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with LTC and public health regulations.
Qualifications

Registered Dietitian (RD) in good standing with the College of Dietitians of Manitoba (CDoM).

Prior experience in long-term care, retirement, or healthcare nutrition preferred.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
