My passion for healthcare began when I was just 15 years old, volunteering as a candy striper at my local hospital in a small Northern Ontario Town. I still remember the feeling of walking those halls, how even the smallest act of kindness could bring comfort, and how every role, no matter how big or small, had the power to make a difference. That early experience sparked something in me, and it’s stayed with me ever since.
Now with over two decades of experience in healthcare recruitment, I founded MedMatch with a simple mission: to create meaningful connections between dedicated healthcare professionals and the organizations that rely on them. But more than that, to help build stronger, healthier communities through every placement we make.
Over the years, I’ve had the honour of working alongside both public and private sectors. And through it all, one truth stands out: when you place the right people in the right environments, amazing things happen.
