When I founded MedMatch Recruitment, my goal was to build more than a healthcare recruitment firm, I wanted to build a better way of hiring.
After more than 20 years in recruitment, I saw firsthand where the industry often fell short: too much focus on transactions, not enough focus on people, relationships, and long-term fit. Hiring became about speed and volume, rather than alignment and outcomes.
I knew there was a better way.
MedMatch was created to bring a more human, relationship-driven approach to healthcare recruitment, one grounded in trust, accountability, and partnership. We believe strong hiring decisions come from understanding people, culture, and purpose, not just resumes.
Our focus is on strengthening Canada’s healthcare system by connecting exceptional professionals with organizations where they can truly thrive. We work closely with both clients and candidates to ensure placements are thoughtful, sustainable, and impactful.
At the same time, MedMatch is built to empower experienced recruiters to operate with autonomy, support, and structure. We’ve created a model that provides the tools, systems, and mentorship needed to grow a recruitment practice without the isolation or inefficiencies often found in the industry.
For me, this work is personal.
It’s about helping people step into the right opportunities, whether that’s a healthcare professional finding the right environment, an organization building a strong leadership team, or a recruiter growing a successful business within the MedMatch brand.
MedMatch exists because I believe in a different kind of leadership, one that is grounded, collaborative, and deeply human.
