When I founded MedMatch Recruitment, I wanted to build more than a healthcare recruitment firm — I wanted to build a movement.
After more than 20 years in recruitment, much of it working under male leadership, I saw firsthand what was missing in the industry: empathy, collaboration, and the empowerment of women.
Too often, recruitment was treated as a numbers game. Too often, women — talented, driven, and capable — were left without a voice or a seat at the table.
I knew there was a better way.
MedMatch was created to bring humanity back to hiring — and to redefine what leadership looks like.
We’re a woman-led, relationship-driven firm that believes people and purpose should always come before profit.
Through MedMatch, I’ve made it my mission to not only strengthen Canada’s healthcare system by connecting exceptional professionals with organizations in need — but also to open doors for other women who dream of entrepreneurship.
We’ve built a model that gives women the tools, systems, and mentorship to run their own recruitment business — without the isolation, risk, or barriers that often hold them back.
A model that celebrates freedom, collaboration, and financial independence.
For me, this work is personal.
It’s about helping others step into their power — whether that’s a nurse finding the right home, a client building their dream team, or a woman in recruitment realizing she can lead her own company within the MedMatch Brand.
MedMatch exists because I believe in a different kind of leadership — one that’s bold, compassionate, and unapologetically human.
