Our client, a well-established long-term care organization in Winnipeg, MB, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Nurse Manager / Clinical Educator to lead, coach, and elevate the standards of resident care across their home.
This is a unique opportunity for an RN who’s passionate about both leadership and learning — someone who can balance clinical oversight with education, mentoring, and continuous quality improvement.
Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring excellence in resident-centered care.

Develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs to support professional growth and clinical competency.

Lead orientation, in-service training, and skill development initiatives for nursing and care teams.

Support quality improvement projects, audits, and compliance with all provincial LTC standards.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify learning needs and implement evidence-based practices.

Maintain up-to-date clinical expertise and serve as a resource for best practices, policies, and procedures.

Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented workplace culture.
Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba (CRNM).

Minimum 3–5 years of leadership or educator experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting.

Proven ability to design and deliver staff education and training programs.

Strong understanding of infection prevention, quality systems, and LTC legislation.

Excellent communication, organizational, and coaching skills.
