Our client, a trusted and compassionate long-term care organization in Winnipeg, MB, is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Registered Dietitian to join their clinical care team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments for residents in accordance with provincial guidelines and care standards.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized nutrition care plans.

  • Work collaboratively with nursing and dietary staff to ensure residents’ nutritional needs are met safely and effectively.

  • Provide recommendations regarding texture modifications, supplements, and therapeutic diets.

  • Participate in care conferences and support continuous quality improvement initiatives.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with LTC and public health regulations.

Qualifications

  • Registered Dietitian (RD) in good standing with the College of Dietitians of Manitoba (CDoM).

  • Prior experience in long-term care, retirement, or healthcare nutrition preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
